Which discounts am I entitled to?
Our Alumni Loyalty Scheme offers a £500 discount against further studies once you have completed a course with us.
A 10% discount on any of our public Professional Skills Course fees. For further information on this offer, please email our Professional Development team at [email protected].

How do I receive my Alumni Card?
To request your alumni card, complete .
How long does it take to receive an Alumni Card?
Please allow several weeks for your card to be processed. We will let you know once the card is in the post.
Career and Employability Service
Can I still access the Career and Employability Service?
For 18 months after completing your course, you can continue to access personalised one-to-one email support from our career advisors. To access this please email our Career and Employability Service at [email protected].

Events and Reunions
How can I get in touch with other alumni?
We are willing to contact alumni members on your behalf asking for their consent to contact you. Please email our Alumni team with details of who you would like to reconnect with, providing us with as much information as possible about the individual concerned. Send your email to [email protected].

How can I register for an alumni event?
All our alumni events are advertised on our . They are also publicised in our monthly alumni newsletter.
I would like to organise a get together with former classmates from my time at The University/ College of Law. Can the Alumni Team help me?
If you wish to organise your own reunion with fellow alumni, we are happy to support you by helping you trace and contact fellow alumni, as well as helping to promote your event. Please email our Alumni Team at [email protected].

How can I get involved with the University if I live overseas?
We would like to invite you to become an International Alumni Ambassador and help us during our international events and activities overseas. Find out more about the role and please email our Alumni team if you’re interested. Send your email to [email protected].
Can I become a mentor to a current student?
Our mentoring scheme is run by our Career and Employability team. It is an opportunity to inspire and guide our students through their studies. To find out more please email our Employability team at [email protected].
Our Alumni Network offers a more informal way of mentoring students and alumni.
How can I volunteer as a speaker at an event?
There are many opportunities to speak at our events from Open Days, Careers for students and alumni speaker events for alumni. You can register as a speaker when you sign up to our or you can email us at [email protected].
Can I provide a venue for alumni events?
We run a number of professional networking and social events for our alumni. We rely on the generous support of our alumni to host our events at their businesses and firms. If you’re willing to provide us with a venue for an alumni event, please email our alumni team at [email protected].
Library Access and Services
Can I still access the campus libraries?
Most of our libraries allow access to alumni for reference and study space purposes, and our London Bloomsbury and London Moorgate campuses offer restricted borrowing rights. You must call the library in advance to inform them of your visit, this is so that staff can prepare for your visit.
Replacement Certificates, Transcripts and References
How can I get a copy of my official transcript and/ or certificate?
Please email our records office to obtain a copy of your transcript or a copy of your certificate. Send your email to [email protected].
You must provide details of your course, year of course completion, date of birth and your full name as it was when you completed your studies.

To inform us of any change to your alumni record, please either email our Alumni team or complete our information update form.
